*2nd Annual Harry Potter Read-Aloud! Calling all 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade Muggles! Join Monica from Kent District Library as she reads "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" every Tuesday during lunch in the Student Activities Center beginning October 6th.

*We are looking forward to Melissa Stewart, author extraordinaire, coming to visit next week! Congrats to Ethan and Estelle for being chosen to participate in a wetlands writing-walk next Monday afternoon. Melissa will have a 5th grade seminar with all classes on Wednesday morning and then one-on-one with just us on Friday afternoon. What an opportunity we have to learn from such an amazing writer (brought to you by a grant funded by the East Grand Rapids Schools Foundation).
